A few words about us
Established in 1992 by Fred and Nadia Saca, Saca’s Mediterranean Cuisine proudly served the Claremont community the freshest and tastiest Mediterranean food. After their retirement, the tradition continued and strengthened when Nathalie and Bruno took over and brought in their cultural heritage from France’s Mediterranean shores.
With an infinite passion for healthy and flavorful cuisine, Saca’s Mediterranean Cuisine takes you on a journey around the Mediterranean: Falafels, Kabobs, Roasted Chicken, Hummus, Baba Ghanouj and Fresh Salads married with Saca’s Signature Sauces (French Vinaigrette, Garlic, Tapenade, Sesame, Spicy Sesame, Pesto or Tzatziki) pave the road that circles around a fantastic experience of the cuisines around the Mediterranean.
